Rides that work for everyone.
Accessible vehicles, assistance animals, time to board and booking for someone else, all asked for up front.
What we’re building in.
Wheelchair accessible vehicles
Choose one when you book, so the right vehicle is part of the request from the start, not a surprise at the kerb.
Assistance animals welcome
Say so in the booking and the driver knows before they arrive.
Time to board
Add a note if you need extra time, a ramp or a hand. It travels with the booking.
Booking for someone else
Carers and family can book on behalf of a person, with their details and needs attached.
Regular and school runs
Repeat trips set up once, so the same journey doesn’t have to be explained every week.
Subsidy and funding schemes
Many riders use support such as NDIS transport funding or the Victorian Multi Purpose Taxi Program. We’ll confirm what we accept before launch.

If you or someone you look after uses taxis regularly, your experience is more useful than any guess of ours. Get in touch.
